The strategic leadership establish organizational direction with a well considered tactics to communicate the vision and strategy in an organization. The leader’s responsibility includes the formulation and implementation of strategy; thus his ability to envision, anticipate, think strategically, maintaining the flexibility, and work with teams to initiate strategic change can lead to a viable future for the organization.
