Following are the changes,that help the organization's to empower there lower level employees.

  1. Micromanagement - Many of the organization are micromangement.The managers are closely observe the lower level employees.which will sometimes demotivate the employees as well as create the conflict between the lower level management and the upper level management.Company should follow the macromanagement style to more empower the lower level employee by giving some freedom at work place.which will help the organization to motivate there employees as well as create the happy environment.
  2. Decision making - Generally, we see that lower level management don't have power to take decision at work place.Which will sometimes effect the company and also it is time taking process because of involvement of manager for every little things.So, organization should have give the some authority to lower level managemnt.which will motivate the employees as well as reduce the decision making time.
  3. Barriers - There are many barrier come to empower the lower level employee like not giving useful training of tool and technique.Which will help them to empower.So, organization should have analyze these barriers and remove them from the workplace to promote the empowerment in the lower level employees.

By analyzing and communicating with the lower level employee.Organization can implement these changes to empower the employees.Analyzing the barriers will help the organization to know what are the factors or the barriers are coming to empower the lower level employees and by communicating & sharing these barriers with lower level employees will help the organization to analyze various solutions and ideas.which will help to empower the employees.Also, communication with employee help the organization to know what employee want and there ideas.Training and education is also helpful to promote the empowerment as lower level employee know that what is right and wrong for theirself.

Some of the factors,which shows too much empowerment is affective for the organization:

  • By giving too much decision making power will affect the organization as lower level management employee can misuse that power.
  • Flexibility in the work place can promote the empowerment among the employee.But too much flexibility will affect the organization daily routine.
  • Promotion and compensation can also empower the lower level employee.But it also create conflict among the employees.So, manager should have to take the decision in that way.so no employee can get demotivate.
  • By giving high level training and education will also affect the organization as it will take a huge cost and there is a chance that employee can switch to other organization.

So, by these points we can say that too much empowerment will affect the organization as it will also create conflict between the middle level management and the lower level management.
