Distraction faced by me in case of keeping food diary
* When making trip with friends to beautiful places total change happend in diet because
we try new dishes.
* Family functions change my diet pattern and eat more food compared to other days.
* Public holidays result in changes in diet due to eat fastfoods during shopping.
Information about how to prepare a balanced diet plan
* Before preparing diet plan know about what body type you are (ectomorphic,endomorphic
mesomorphic).
* In diet plan avoid overuse of saturated fats(butter,cheese,pork etc) and sugar containing
foods.(ice cream,chocolates).
* Include food from all food groups (Carbohydrate,protein,fruits and vegetable,milk and diary
products and fat and sugar).
* Low sodium diet and if needed use one drink of alcohol per day.
How i changed my behaviour
* I like to read or see videos about new scientific inventions and travel to different places
with friends and participated in social programmes i think it make changes in my behaviour.
Tips to change behaviour
* Avoid spend total time inside of home and atleast go for a walk it will refresh your mind.
* Mingling with your best friends it will give you so much of energy.
* Plan tours in areas where different cultural groups are present it helps to learn about
complex nature of world.
* Participate in social activities it's a different experience.
