Remedies for food allergy
Have to avoid all of these foods packaged food, sugar, artificial falvarings and gluten as these increase inflammatory action within the body and weaken immune system.
Major foods allergens are dairy products, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, sea food, citrus fruits, caffine, corn, hydrogenated oil, alchocol, all packaged, processed or fast foods identified through research.
Inorder to check allergy for the food we have to refrain from the above food products at least for 4 weeks. Alternatively go with green leaves, gluten free flour and grains like coconut flour, probiotics rich foods like kefir, bone broth, almond butter as these will strengthen immune system.
After 4 weeks reintroduce the common food allergens (at the time one group of food) and check for allergy reaction of the body to the food. Maintain diary about that. In case of allergy with the specific group of food then totally avoid that from diet.
Immediately seek the medical attention. Take antihistamine, antispasmodic, digestive enzymes, probiotics, vitamin B 5, vitamin E, methylsulfonylmethane as per doctor's advise. In case of severe anaphylactic reaction Inj.Epinephrine (vasoconstrictor) will be administered.
