The test that can be used to test one’s personality can be Myers- Briggs Personality test. The test assesses the personality of an individual and is widely used by many individuals online. There are questions that suggest about a person’s personality in terms of Introvert or Extrovert, the one who judges or not and how prudent a person is. The psychologists suggest that the test is not reliable because there can be different results every time for the same person. A person searching for a job should also conduct a SWOT analysis to find out the best suited job for him/her. SWOT stands for Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat. The test can be used by individuals as well as firms on their parts. To find a perfect job, following factors should be considered: benefits and the pay, the culture of the place where you wish to work, the quality of the team work and the spirit in rest of the employees.
