The test that can be used to test one’s personality can be Myers- Briggs Personality test. The test assesses the personality of an individual and is widely used by many individuals online. There are questions that suggest about a person’s personality in terms of Introvert or Extrovert, the one who judges or not and how prudent a person is. The psychologists suggest that the test is not reliable because there can be different results every time for the same person. A person searching for a job should also conduct a SWOT analysis to find out the best suited job for him/her. SWOT stands for Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat. The test can be used by individuals as well as firms on their parts. To find a perfect job, following factors should be considered: benefits and the pay, the culture of the place where you wish to work, the quality of the team work and the spirit in rest of the employees. Keeping in mind all these factors and doing the SWOT analysis will definitely get you a perfect job for yourself.
