Small business are generally the corporations that are privately owned, partnership or sole proprietorships that have fewer employees or less annual revenue than regular sized business or corporations.

Generally every successful business has a clear marketing strategy that makes everything they do more effective. Strategies are simply the decisions you need to make so your tactics work good and better. It'really impossible to be successful without good marketing and sales techniques

But this is not so with small business owners because they get engaged up in hectic daily marketing executions like building a website, sending e-mails, advertising blogging and so many other things which leads the owners to not to focus much on other decisions that will improve there performance.

The most important decision is to decide "who are your target customers?". You need to get so close to them that you can anticipate their needs and desires by communicating with them. Hence target customers are the key survival for small business as only then they can successfully implement their marketing strategies..Here are some points which show how target customers are basic important element for small business ÷

1) Identifying targeted customers is one of the most crucial elements for small business.Without knowing target customers thry can't even expect realistically their business to survive.

2)Learning to distinguish between different customers makes it easier to determine what segment of customers truly support your business and whether they are going to become more than one-purchase customers.

3)Determining exactly why those customers need your goods or services will help them to provide a clear focus of whom their business will serve.

4)Target customers dats is important to business plan, which is the key document that generally used by lenders to determine which venture they want to support

5)Anticipating customers needs and desires by communicating with them or convincing the customers why they need wht your business can provide. Only then they can successfully implement their marketing strategies
