A small business manager should acquire certain qualities to be a good manager. I strongly believe that I possess the important qualities of a small business manager. The first quality to make me fit for this is my multitasking skill. I can do multitasking without losing the productivity or quality of the tasks that I undertake. The next quality is my decision making capability. I am good at making error-free rapid decisions by evaluating the situation and various available solutions. The next quality a good small business manager must possess is leadership skills. In this regard, I believe that I can lead by example and to inspire people around me. I am a good motivator too. My motivational skills will be highly beneficial for playing the role of a small business manager. Business development skills are very much crucial for small business managers and here I believe that I can explore all the business opportunities and thereby contribute towards the growth of the business. Finally, I can better use my communication skills for ensuring the smooth running of a small business.
