The group is a person who is having the capacity to lead the group in a healthy manner.

So many qualities are there for become a good leader such as Cofidence,Passzion,Good decision maker,Maintain good relationship,Innovation,Inspiration of others,Honesty,Accountable,Empathy,Committment,Good communicator etc.

One of the main quality of a good leader is "Inspire others".Here as a good leader we can approach the Transformational leadership style.In this style as a leader he/she will works with the teams,we are promoting a participative approach of the group members and during the decion making process before finalizing the decision we ask the decisions from the group members for a better out put.By appliying this leadership by inspiration of others or the co-leaders we will get better output in an easiest way.Here the changes are made through inspiration of others.

Here we are applying the "Relationship Theories" of leadership here we inspiring other members of the grops.The each members of the team will put their own input for reaching the goal.By the application of transformational leadership style along with the relationship theory of the leadership results in positive attitudes among the sub-ordinates and the co-leaders.The components of the relationship theories are:
