Discuss how you would incorporate communication in your training program (audience would be for orientation, or your team you manage).
Explain what you would do and when you would do it. Also, how would you check for effectiveness?
Training has been an integral part of an organization and professional organizations today maintain the highest standard of training and development programs in order to ensure that their employees are enabled and are able to perform at the highest level of competition. Training is fine and mandatory but the team needs to be conveyed the actual essence of work that they might be doing and that can be done through effective communication. Learning and development is incomplete without proper communication, hence I would actually incorporate communication at each every aspect of the training program so that the team is able to understand and relate.
I would be doing it at every stage of the program so that the team is motivated and is ready to experience the actual challenges of work which they might not experience while in training and in order to understand how this affect them I would be assessing their behavior and the change in attitude of any that has occurred in the process.
