* One of the group format which help to deliver services are Meeting format.In this format make sure

   the participation of a group of people who need health care services.(eg: A group of people in rural

   area who required awaireness about mosquito control in home to avoid mosquito bourne diseases.).

    Using meeting format to deliver services through following steps.

                  * Preparation section for meeting

                                                     It include collection of information about the topic and make questions

                    to check the knowledge level group for compare at the end of meeting.(eg: collection of

                    information about preventive methods of mosquito control and preparing questions related

                    to mosquito borne diseases and management).

                * Begining of meeting section

                              In this step conduct meeting through start talk with the group and promote their

                             participation by asking prepared open ended questions.(eg: Ask about people in

                              this group who have history of mosquito bourne diseases and measures they

                              followed that time.)

                   * Teaching section

                                In this stage give adequate information about the topic and clarify doubts and

                                meet requirements of group.(eg: Teach about home mosquito control methods

                                like use of nets ,mosquito repelling plants,removal of standing water).

                    * Feedback section

                               This is the end phase of meeting in which participants provide feedbacks about the

                               meeting.(eg: feedback taken from group by asking same questions who asked

   in the begining section related to mosquito control measures.
