The leader I admire is Mahatma Gandhi. He was a lawyer, an activist who was responsible for the independence development of India just as drove the civil disobedience development in South Africa for the individuals fighting for civil rights.

He is still considered today to be an image of grit and resilience. He was a well endowed individual and battled for them with all his will, inspiring his devotees and generations with his ideologies and character strength.

Presedient Barck Obama is called impassioned adherents of the gandhi ideology, as is South African President Nelson Mandela.In comparison, my leadership style is riddled with questions and misgivings.

While I plan and organize well and articulate the organization's politics and vision, I have to concentrate on my critical thinking skills a bit. I feel like my legend to Gandhi. I trust I can articulate one day his quality and his spirit of fight for his convictions about my leadership style.

A manager must settle on solid decisions, and in spite of the fact that I am acceptable at making decisions, I believe I still have far to go to turn into an amazing decision maker.Therefore, if I might want to embrace a quality of Mahatma Gandhi, it would be my decision-making skills and my determination to remain firm. too

I believe enhancing my exhibition on these 2 elements will make me increasingly fruitful and benefit me as an individual and as an organization for whom I work.

Therefore, if there is one quality of Mahatma Gandhi that I would need to receive, it would be in my decision-making skills and standing firm on my determination.
