Take a walk around your neighborhood and think about what you see (e.g., buildings, grass, trees, windows, etc.) in terms of the businesses that are responsible for them. Identify at least 20 ideas for businesses that are necessary for what you see around you. For example, trees and grass require companies that provide grass seed, landscaping companies to mow peoples’ lawns, and nurseries that make trees easier to grow.

Don’t limit yourself to what you think is possible. For each idea describe: 1) what the value of the concept is for potential customers, and then 2) how this value could be provided in different ways (improving the businesses that currently offer it).

Walking around our neighbourhood the most attractive thing is a lake. Here there is a scope for a business idea. This is a most suitable place and geographical environment for tourism development. We can see a busiest road passing near by. It is an additional advantage. If the authorities can submit a proposal regarding the said road to convert as a national high way the chances of tourism development will be beyond imagination.  

The unique feature of tourism is that it is always unique in nature. People prefer to visit this type of environments which are quite natural considering it as nature's gift. People don't mind to spend more amount of money to travel from far away places to reach here and to observe the beauty of nature. aConsidering the value of non- monetary benefit the value of money which they had to spend for this remarkable opportunity is less than or eqal to zero. Hence there is no doubt more number of tourists we can expect year after year.  

Boating facility can be provided, Boat races can be arranged and certain traditional artforms can also help many tourists to get attracted and visit these places and ion enjoy the facilities provided repeatedly.

There is a road,looks ordinary, which is existing already, can be converted into national highway will make the transportation more easy, convenient and comfortable. More job opportities can be provided to the labourers, which will add notonly their income level, but also the national GDP. Boating facility and boat races also increase job opportnities to those people who are enemployed at present.  

There will be marketing opportunities for children's toys, fast food items, soft drinks, ice creams, etc.

Street dances, magic shows, circus shows, street music and such other items which can be conducted in the open air also can be promoted and there by a group of people who finds it difficult to meet their both ends can be helped financially without releasing fund or anything.  

A small children's park with adequate infrastructure facility will add its quality multiple times.  

Fish farming, duck farming, etc. also can be promoted which will make more job opportunites and more attraction of tourists and there by we can see a large number of foot falls.
