The client is nervous about the procedure and the best response by the nurse should be like that whole team will be monitoring very closely for the entire procedure. Because she is new to procedure therefore she becomes nervous about the procedure. Nervous patient need listener, support, and staying with them in times of nervous. other options are incorrect. Unnecessary reassurance should not be advised to the patient with nervous. Unnecessary reassurance such as the procedure is risky free procedure; this is the step that will bring you to closer enjoying good health. Because this may cause again anxiety to the patient. Most people know about their think and it is not rational way getting nervous. But, they could not control their nervous and let out their nervous. Additionally, each person is different in their background and coping methods and try to find her coping method and help her to adjust them .Therefore, words like thousands of patient undergoing EP every year in times of nervous may sometimes hurt them.
