Expert Solution

Central Dogma Of Biology:

It describes about the flow of genetic information in cells from DNA to messenger RNA to proteins. It describes about the sequence of mRNA molecule, which in turn specify sequence of proteins.

In eukaryotes, replication & transcription takes place within molecules while translation takes place in the cytoplasm. In prokaryotes, replication, transcription and translation occurs in cytoplasm.

Stages Of Transcription:

The biosynthesis of RNA is called Transcription. The transcription has three stages:

1.Initiation

2.Chain elongation

3.Termination.

The transcription proceeds in same fashion as replication of DNA and follows the base pairing principle. Again, a DNA section double helix is uncoiled and only one of the DNA strands serve as a template for RNA polymerase enzyme to guide the synthesis of RNA. After synthesis is complete, the RNA separates from the DNA and DNA recoils into its helix.

If a scale economy is the dominant technological factor defining or establishing comparative advantage, then the underlying facts explaining why a particular country dominates world markets in some product may be pure chance, or historical accident.
