Quality life is one of the biggest factors of urban growth. People in urban are employed, their work culture is different and life style is different, for maintain standard of living, they demand for the goods and services, when they create demand, companies become motivated to produce more goods, when company increases the production, they create jobs for unemployed people. Again when people become employed, they create demand and their consumption power increases, same way, the whole economic cycle goes on and increase in production and employment boost the growth.
