Answer- Working in a team is a tough job to do for us. To work in a team, you need to be good at making coordination with others. To work in a interculture team is a wway more difficult than ordinary group of some people. Here, every people have different culture, different lifestyle, may be different accents and also different thought process. These difficulties produce communication gape between two and many more problems like different style of business dealings which could make you uncomfortable. The best ways to fix these are technology which can full the communication gape. Using of interpreter can also be helpful. Also diverse cultural perspectives can inspire creativity and drive innovation.Diverse teams can be more productive and perform better. Also there can be a greater opportunity for personal and professional growth. A barrier mutual understanding can at times be challenging, but it is so rewarding when you can learn from each other and open your eyes to other ways of life.
