• Your friend is an elementary school teacher at a multi-cultural school, and he is concerned that the children in his class show a lot of prejudice toward other students who are members of other racial or ethnic groups in class. What can he do to reduce prejudice in his students?

This kind of issue among Children's in elementary school is quiet visible because the Children's in that age group doesn't knew much about these kind of acts aren't correct. They sometime didn't even knew about the term's meaning which they use to make a Racial comment or any such behavior which is socially unacceptable.

This particular age group need's more cautious approach while dealing with any such issue.I will suggest few steps which might help My friend to overcome this issue.

(1) He need to tell the children not to do any such act again in the classroom or anywhere else. Because It represents bad atticate's of students and it is bad manner.

(2) He need to talk to their parents as soon as possible because the Children is acquiring these bad atticates from the home.Children in this age group learn or speak that same thing which they saw or listen in their surroundings.

(3) Make them sit together in the classroom so that they can become good friends of each other.
