Maintaining good relationships at the workplace will give a place of respect and dignity, we can groe and learn. Majority of the time we spend at the work place rather than at homes and with family. The time we spend with husbands and children at home.
Now a days the relationships at the workplace are leading to romance between co-workers and extramaital affairs, which making the environment effected. People have lots of opinions on this whether it is right or wrong. Many researchers say that to a great extend this effects the work place and have some impact on how an employer deals with it. The building relationships at the workplace which leads to extramarital affairs will become controversial issue that may lead in the office for gossiping, backstabbing, because it may effect the performance of both involved employers and uninvolved employers. It damages the morale or productivity at worlplace.
if there is inappropriate displays of affection, favoritism from a senior, superior dating a subordinate, a bad break up results in the sexual harassement. Such affairs and relationships will cause turmoil and can disrupt the workplace for years. There are many family who got disturbed by having extramarital affairs. The lesson what should be learned not to maintain extramarital relationships at work place.
Those people who have extramarital affair with co-worker, should not work at the same place, it will remove the effective working environment among other employers. There are many examples to be taken on building relationships at the workplace.
