Self-learning is a subjective matter of individual assessment, every person considers their life for a purpose and this purpose depends on the situations and environment where he/she lives. Living life is a personal approach and people live their life to earn specific social needs. According to Abraham Maslow, the basic needs are most important but we live for social needs as Achievement, Money, Leadership etc. but it varies person to person and culture but the final aim is to find real happiness and satisfaction.
Every person experience problems and hassles in their life and these problems and hurdles develop a new way of understanding and art of living. Some stressors help us to perform more than our ability and some stressors create barriers in life.
Control over stressors is an individual perception towards life and need, a good balance between personal and professional life can minimize the effectiveness of these stressors, a good balance between needs and capacity can reduce the effects of stressors in the life.
Performance and productivity in student life depend on the educational achievement and self-perception, so if a student wants to increase their productivity need a good balance between personal life and educational life. Some student thinks that drugs can increase the performance and productivity but according to the research in this field suggest that drugs and addictions reduce the mental ability and performance for a long term.
