The Great Wall of China is a series of walls built at various time periods starting from 7th century BC till the 17th century during the Ming dynasty. This would mean that the nearly 21,000 kilo meter long wall was built by various generations and various kingdoms which became the cultural heritage of China and still stands as a strong fortification. It represents unity and team work for hundreds of years. This would mean that people need to learnt to work and live in a multinational environment and collaborate and cooperate with people of differences in order to build a better working environment. The world has become a village and most of the countries witness people living and working from various racial, cultural and religious backgrounds. Thus, fostering diversity in order to understand, appreciate, adopt the best practices of each other would help them overcome their stereotypical and prejudicial mindset. Building better rapport with others in the workplace would help one to become more productive and active.
