About posting culturally insensitive posts in facebook ,
Social media is about communication, connecting with people and building relationships .I do not recommend to post any culturally insensitive issues on social networks since it may hurt many. But if you think the issue is genuine with authenticity and honesty then post with a full description or full story instead shirt pictures or highlight.
Advantages include avoidance of misunderstanding and miscommunications along with trustful relationships.
Disadvantage is developing a conflict among different cultures or societies.
