There has always been a major difference when comparing the middle east and the United States. Most of the differences are solely based on religious beliefs and how the way of life has been the same over several centuries. The Middle East is a region where Islam is one of the most followed religions. So, People have a certain way of life that has been passed down to generations. Islamic Women wear a Hijab when they step outside the house. Also, women in the Middle East weren't allowed to drive cars until very recently when some of the laws were reformed.
Something like this can never be seen in a country like the United States. The US, as it is rightfully said is the Land of the Free. Women/Men here have no restrictions whatsoever. It is their choice to wear a hijab or not, whether to drive a car or not. Nobody has any sort of restrictions from the government.
China, Korea do have same sort of ideologies to the way of life. People are allowed to visit markets late at night, People sit and dine in the restaurant and drink alcohol without any problem, which is highly unlikely to be seen in a country like UAE.
Every country be it UAE, China, or The US. They all follow certain ideologies based on their religions or beliefs and practices that have passed down from generations. So not everyone might be living the same life, Though they might live in the same city, eat at the same place but there way of life can differ from the other.
