customer empowerment is the process of giving information, resources,  tools and techniques to the customer in order to make them a better buying decisions and have good buying experiences.

Customer empowerment is one of the recent phenomenon that used in most of the organization.

Below are the few examples of consumer activity that we experience customer empowerment.

  • Customer rating: This rating methods of customer helps the organization to know how happy the customers with the products and services. Low rating helps the company to enhance their services or products quality.
  • customer feedback: Most of the company provide option to collect the customer feedback or opinion of product or services which enhances the buyer experiences in future days by knowing the customers actual desire or likes.
  • Forums: creating a forums helps the customer to make a groups so to discuss their problems, doubts, queries and issues within that forums thereby enhances the consumer buying experiences.
  • Test drives: test drive options for the customers in car and bike showrooms helps the customer to have better buying experience by testing various kinds and type of vehicles in which they are comfortable.
