Empowerment
Empowerment is very important in any organization .Empowerment is the idea that allow the employee to take leadership their own and work productively.empowerment of employees is the keyhole for improving productivity in an organization.
There are three levels of empowerment that are,
:organizational empowerment __in this organization itself take measure to improve empowerment of employee.
:managereal empowerment___in this level the duty lies on the team leader or supervisors, they take adequate measure to encourage empowerment in an organization.
:individual level :in this employees self motivation to improve their performance.

Principles of empowerment
:demonstrate that a value person:for empowering employees each manager should be a role model and manager should demonstrate appreciation to employees for their work.
:share leadership vision:tell the employees to they are the part of organization and clearly explain the our expectations this will help to reduce stress in a work place.
:share organizational goal and direction :sharing of goal help to understand all goals and worked according to the goals of an organization.
:trust and confident with employees __as a manager or team leader should believe in their employees this will improve self confidence of employee and improve performance.
:employees take participate in decision making _this will help to improve productivity and improve performance.
:performance appraisal or frequent feed back __this will help to improve their performance.
:improve communication among work place :this communication help to identify barriers and improve collaboration.

Performance appraisal in empowerment
In my opinion performance appraisal is important for improving empowerment of employee because it provide clear feedback of employee's work. By using performance appraisal they can clearly identify their strength and weakness and change or modify their performance to reach desired goals of an organization.
Ways to improve decision making of employees
:effective communication help to improve decision making by understanding goals of an organization.
:positive reinforcement :for any mistakes from emblyees don't punish them, instead of punishment discuss about mistakes and avoid further mistakes and give rewards for good work.
:collaborative work toward common goal__the team work is necessary to reach goal as early as possible.
:team leader should be a mentor and involve ram member for decision making process.
