Socialization process- Our socialization process plays a great role in the learning of Stereotype. The main agents of our socialization process are our parents. So many parents appreciate their child to learn stereotypes as they think these stereotypes will help their child to deal with the people who belong to a different culture. So we can say that we do learn to stereotype from our socialization process.

Following Social Community- We all need to follow the attitude, beliefs and opinions of a society for becoming an acceptable member of that society. For following the culture and opinions of our community, we learn to stereotype Conscious or Unconsciously. So we can also conclude that, Stereotype can be learned from our Community.

Tradition and Culture- We all used to follow our culture and tradition, Each and every person generally behaves according to their culture. In this way, we do learn to stereotype from our Culture and Tradition.

Social Distance- Social distance from a group can develop a strong stereotype towards that group. As we know Social distance can stop us from gaining the correct ideas about a group so we can conclude that. We do learn to stereotype about a group for the Social distance.

Friends- A person’s beliefs, thoughts and attitudes can be similar to her friend. So if someone has a stereotype about a particular group then his or her friends also can learn to do stereotype about that particular group. So it can be stated that, we do learn to stereotype from our friends also.
