A case of Medical Negligence

Patient:- a 4-year-old boy
Disease:- Brain tumor
The boy had been given a dosage of 650mg methotrexate. It was directly applied to the brain. Methotrexate is used to cure cancer patients. The junior doctor who applied this agent used 20 times too great than the actual ratio. He wasn't aware that it was only connected to intravenous drips.
The health care organization suspended the doctor. Also, there was a trail against the senior medical officer. The entity took strict measures for not repeating these events. Also, the boy's family was been provided with monetary help.
The doctor was charged for Manslaughter but was free from the charges later.
