Employee Resource Groups or ERG are groups of employees who come together in their workplace which have similiar interests and characteristics which make them bond and share more mutual things together. The are basically made to provide help, development and support and help to personal grow in the work environment.

It depends on the factors given below that if I would like to join an ERG or not:

1. People: The type of people making and joining that group is an important factor. I would love to join a group where I cound be among inspirational and nice people from whom I can learn and develop myself into a better individual.

2. Communication: The type of communication a d the pattern they follow also would be a factor as it should be familiar and adjustable. I wouldn't like to join a group having a rigid and one way flow of communication.

3. Developmental Activities: The group should be innovative and should undertake various developmental activities to make every person grow and nourish into a better individual.
