answer-
The Organization or Company is likely to survive are Banking Organizations like CitiBank. In Times like COVID-19 Banking organizations are essential for people so that they can have money to buy essentail goods.CitiBank need to promote some changes in its organization.
The first factor is Policies and procedures-
Most of the work of Banking employees are related to stay at bank and do all the banking related work but as COVID-19 has created a situation where people need social distancing and locked down so Bank has to change its policies and procedures.
Now Bank can implement these change by communicate and implement system which can help employees to work at home and make sure most of bank's operations are running.
The second factor Is Motivation-
Motivation is one of the most important factor which can lead employees to promote and adopt change in an organization. Citibank implement this change by providing rewards and benefits to employees. Management can provide training on new system operations and reward them on showing high performance. Reward could be bonus,Stock options,extra perks etc.
The third factor is Communication-
Communication is the key of facilitate change in an organization. If communication breaks down then employees will get confused and not be able to accept change. Top management can implement this change by using Communication mediums like emails, memos, phone calls, online video calls etc to create a ongoing link with employees so that all worries of employees related to new change can be removed.
