Yes , i have encountered a person who demonstartes a manager like behaviour.He was my landlord who was a retired army officer.Since he was dealing with a superior role every days in his former period, he always exhibit a amanager attitude where he usually talks in a tone that others feel like he is ordering us something really firmly.Another aspect of his behaviour is the fact that he manages alot of matters in one hand- he manages a hotel, 3 rented house matters and a supermarket .Because of all these, it is clea that he is a person with a manager like behaviour.

Distinction between a leader and a manager:
In short, we can say that a manager should always try to be a good leader if he wants to achieve success in his career path while a leader need not possess the managerial skill to be successful in his journey.,
