Is new learning only acquired through classical and operant conditioning? Explain. Provide an example of classical or operant conditioning in your own life.
Yes, new learning only acquired through either classical conditioning or operant conditioning.Because these two learnig processes covers the all learning processes in human life. All branches of learning processes should comes under these basic learning processes.
CLASSICAL CONDITIONING
Classical conditioning involves associating an involuntary respose (unconditioned stimulus) to a stimulus (conditioned). This is described by Ivav Pavlov. He did experiment in between and a dog and bell. Everyday he rangs the bell and dog came to the bell then he feeds the dog. Dog salivates while seeing the food . After doing this experiment couple of weeks he finds that eventhough there is no food the ranging of bell causes salivates the dog.
OPERANT CONDITIONING
This process of learning involves rewards and punishments. Someone manipulates our behaviour by giving rewards or punishments to our actions.
This is described by B.F Skinner, an american psychologist

When i'm 5 years old daddy daily horns his bike while he came to the house from office. Day by day i strongly belive that bike horn indicates the arrival of daddy. Later my daddy sold his bike . Then also i hear bike horns from outside, immediately i get out of home and look at the road.Later i realized that daddy sold his bike

Basically i don't love education as much games. Results i will fail in all subjects in school. Then our school principal told me that if you don't pass in subjects i will not allow you to play games.. On that condition i started studying daily. I passed all subjects
