• Describe executive, managerial, and associate-level roles in project management??
1) Executive roles –
In project management, it is the most responsible part to manage
team and workplace. Mostly it manages long-term and short term
projects, they responsible for developing the program and project
goals. Every time monitor team performance on a project, and check
the fulfill of the project goals. Always communicating with higher
management to develop project goals. Responsible and create for
project budget and expense of the project, controlling higher
responsibility to approval.
2) Managerial roles –
This role has overall responsibility on project initiation,
planning, design, validation, execution, monitoring and
controlling. This post must hold the combination of skills to
detect risk, the lifetime of the project, the ability to solve
conflict situations. A project manager commonly uses Microsoft
Project to schedule the tasks and workplace. Producing reports and
charts every hour. This role developing the everyday schedule,
recognize activity and its corresponding sequence, Time estimation,
Cost estimation , documentation, analysis on risk , team leadership
, team management , controlling the project quality , portability
analysis , realize the benefit in the future .
3) Associate-level roles –
This role follows the guideline of the project, maintains the
provided schedule from the project manager. They have analytical
skills, ability to team building, managing on priority and
simultaneously happening tasks . They should have well-respected
members of the project management team, also reliable to follow the
leadership task. Actually you can say that this role is helping
hand for project management.
