The scope description is a detailed description of what the project will deliver. The acceptance criteria is the measurements that will be used to determine if the project has met all requirements. The project deliverables are any product specific deliverables such as the project plan and project status report. Project exclusions identify any elements that are specifically excluded from the project. Project constraints are a list of anything that will limit the project teams options.
