The certain partnership has resulted in growth of TESCO's profitability due to the reason that SAMSUNG plays the role of major Korean E-conglomerate which embraces the life of local population by managing stores and community centers. Additionally, TESCO made a great decision to employ about 100% Koreans for the available vacant positions. 25% of the Koreans have applied for the specific loyalty cards and allowed the company to conduct billions in Sales.

Human Resource Planning (HRP) is the process used by the organization to analyze business plans to establish future Human Resource (HR) requirements to estimate future human resource availabilities, to reconcile future HR and also to formulate action plan to remove the gap of the HR.
Royal Handloom (RHL)
RHL is a weaving factory, which covers the niche market. It is having 10 handlooms. It a manufacturing and distribution centre. It does not have a formal organizational chart. Management hierarchy includes all top, middle and lower level employees. All functions are carried out by the owners on their own and alone. Manufacturing process refers to inputs converted into output. Input refers to 4 M, such as Manpower, Machinery, Material and Money. Manpower includes weavers and assistants; Machinery includes handloom, shuttle, beam, bobbin etc; Material incorporates yarn; Money embraces money needed for Manpower, purchase of machineries. Process refers to the production process which converts raw materials into output.
Conclusion:
Expected production and sales of RHL remains unchanged every year. A shortage of RHL has been identified both individual and entire basis. Individual territory base reveals that there is a gap of 8 sales people. Entire territory base reveals that there is a gap of 12 people. Short term solutions can be increased by conducting overtimes, hiring for temporary sales people. Long term solutions can be recalling, retaining and hiring permanent sales people.
