Business analysis basically involves overall analysis of the business of the organisation which means that it includes those practices which help out an organisation to find out problems or any issue within the organisation and then work accordingly with the related People in order to overcome and resolve the identified problem or situation.

Some of the common examples of business analysis are like gap analysis, measurement, market research, risk analysis, problem analysis, business case study, scenario planning, business planning, benchmarking etc. Gap analysis include the problem and inefficiency findings within the processes, practices and all those tools which are being used in the company for the evaluation of any process and value creation. Financial analysis includes the revenue forecasting of any product. In the same way each and every business analysis examples are being used by the organisation in order to enhance their work environment, productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.

Human resources planning basically includes those strategies which will utilise to achieve optimum use of valuable assets of the organisation.
