Business analysis and human resource planning are one of the most important aspect of an organisation. Business analysis basically involves overall analysis of the business of the organisation which means that it includes those practices which help out an organisation to find out problems or any issue within the organisation and then work accordingly with the related People in order to overcome and resolve the identified problem or situation.
Some of the common examples of business analysis are like gap analysis, measurement, market research, risk analysis, problem analysis, business case study, scenario planning, business planning, benchmarking etc. Gap analysis include the problem and inefficiency findings within the processes, practices and all those tools which are being used in the company for the evaluation of any process and value creation. Financial analysis includes the revenue forecasting of any product. In the same way each and every business analysis examples are being used by the organisation in order to enhance their work environment, productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
Human resources planning basically includes those strategies which will utilise to achieve optimum use of valuable assets of the organisation. Quality of employees is one of the most valuable assets of an organisation. Human resources planning includes labour supply, forecasting labour demand, and such more. It enhances the productivity as well as profitability of the organisation by serving the best of it to the work. Human resources planning always cope up with the changing market trends and working style. Human resources planning are like introducing any needed changes within the organisation for its automation. Introducing new working style, open work culture is also a part of human resource planning.
Providing flexible working hours to employees is also a part of Human resources planning, stability of an employee is very much beneficial for the productivity of an organisation. So today's organisation didn't provide any type of work pressure to its employees and that's why some organisation provided Flexi working hours to its employees, providing work from home option is also a part of effective Human resources planning in an organisation.
