For example, a tech company might want to enhance department-wide cooperation to increase the number of innovative ideas incorporated into its software. To achieve this goal, human resources programs such as open workspaces, corporate events, collaboration strategies and employee challenges can be introduced.
HR analytics plays an important role in providing access to critical data and feedback on the workplace that can then be analyzed for better decision making. It not only increases HR performance, but also provides a better understanding of what motivates workers to function productively, and how employee success is influenced by the organizational culture.
