I always have positive attitude and growth mindset regarding my work . This job oppertunity really gives me remarkable job satisfaction and feeling great to impact many people of life . Bring as councellor , it always helps to explore new challenges and benefiited to number of students in contributing their academic and career excellence.

Family , prior job experience definitely impact in my attitude regarding job . My family always so much supportive and being nurtured in democratic environment , I have always develop helping attitude towards others . Previous job was related to corporate job which doesn't have much significant for me . Now I what job doing today is really meaningful to me . But my corporate job experience immencely helps to develop problem solving capabilities , management skills , leadership skill to run my organization. This is key primary factor which positively impact on my attitude .

University or college working culture greatly felxible , cooperative . University working culture imbibe values of symptahy , cooperation , fellow feelings , good understanding , positive social environment , and make emotionally more stable with challenging situation . in my workplace , we have seen people talks in their mother tounge but for good communication , all people are talks common language which one is English . Many people follow diffrent magazine.

my experience was in diversity training , to understand and respect to others emoloyee or collegue culture . We should also develop such communication which may helps to understand each other rather show off own culture identity . Everybody culture values and ritual is unique and significant for ownself but it doesn't mean we always find oppertunity to hurt in sentiment other culture people .
