my experience was in diversity training , to understand and respect to others emoloyee or collegue culture . We should also develop such communication which may helps to understand each other rather show off own culture identity . Everybody culture values and ritual is unique and significant for ownself but it doesn't mean we always find oppertunity to hurt in sentiment other culture people .
