“What effect does Fat have on your attitude toward how you or your family consumes fat? What tools do you feel would be most helpful in helping you or a friend who wants to improve his or her dietary fat consumption?

Actually consumption of fat up to certain limit is good for health but over consumption of fat through food will leads to many adverse effects and make us obese and lazy.We cannot perform our daily tasks if we consume more fat because it will become a hurdle to our day to day tasks.So previously in my home,fat consumption is very high through food but in recent times,by observing the adverse effects in our society,we have reduced our fat consumption to very less amount.

We have a family friend who is lean and weak as his dietary intake was not in proper manner and we suggested him to have sufficient amount of butter,cheese and eating ground nuts and also intake of protein content because,already his is lean and weak and now his target is to become a little fatty.So we suggested him in this way and also warned him that consumption of more fat and also bad fat will ultimately leads to adverse effects.
