the you attitude principle techniques are based on the concept that the readers interest are the priorities. so while writing one must focus from the readers point of view, give respect to there thinking and emphasize what the reders want to know.say for example- we must receive  your receipt of the order of the merchandise before going to process your refund.Please enclose the receipt of your order of the merchandise, so that we can process your refund .

to apply the you principle wright with the specific techniques like refer to the reders request or order specifically. anticipate but do not presume to know what the reder will like,when writing to a person highlight them and not yourself. write clearly and briefly and do not hurt the reders ego.

the very important point to keep on mind is- look at the perticular situation from the reders point of view .emphasize the point that the reder wants to know,respect readers intelegence and protect there ego.
