Ans:-So let's talk about personality, Personality plays important role in our life.It is not a talent,it's a skill so we can develop it.
To attain great success in your professional life,you need to have Mesmerizing personality....Yes..! Mesmerising, but in your own terms.You don't need to change your personality to get huge success, all you want to do is always be yourself,express yourself,have faith in yourself,don't just go out and look out for successful personalities.Often, we get influenced by glamorous personalities but we don't realize the consequences of following him/her in deed. When you make someone your role model, you make a major decision in life. You get psychologically so obsessed that you tend to ask yourself - what would your role model have done in this situation - and act accordingly. A wrong person in that seat and you are doomed.But if we have any role model's, We only choose them to cross our hard times with their inspiration to achieve our unique path of success!
There's a old saying that "Personality begins where comparison leaves off,So be unique ,be confident,be proud of yourself".When you are unique some people might criticise you but there are some people who get attracted to you and your personality.
Yes, i started my professional journey this way where i was unique of all,where some one get attracted luckily we got teamed up and worked hard to get professional success.I personally believe that if you know how to manage your time and know the priorities in your life you will bring incredible effectiveness to your personal as well as professional life.
And secondly,Morality. That's a prerequisite.Always do what is right..!
