Currently as our lifestyle is more and more busy we are forgetting that our health is the most precious gift that needed to be taken care on the daily basis. As mentioned wisely that if you are a healthy person you are the happiest individual in world.
Currently our lifestyle inculdes coldrinks , lots of caffeine in office hours daily and junk foods like pizza, burger etc. The day when we suffer with some kind of health issues either it's diabetes, cancer as some of it are linked with food style alcohol consumption , smoking we realised how our life is important to us. The craze of organic foods which are synthesised without any sort of fertilizers like harmful ingredients, taste enhancer etc added in it are becoming popular. People are adapting healthy habits of eating green vegetables as it contain iron sources, vitamins, good for our skin , health, blood pressure etc. Drinking lots of water is helpful in elimination of harmful toxic products from our body. Drinking milk is the best source for calcium intake and reduced the chance of losing much bone density in females after menopause. Switching to good healthy diets is the demand of current generation as we work hard in offices for acheiving our daily targets even our health should be given that much importance in our daily life.
