According to my understanding of Cross Cultural risk it would facilitate success in international business, we see many global companies working in different contries with different cultures so in order to operate successfully some of the ways to overcome the cultural barrier is to know about the following things :

1. Communication : Different countries have different languages so one must be aware of the languages inthe respective country. For eg - A Spanish company operating in US must know their language i.e. english. Not only that one must be aware how to use phrases and gestures they must be aware how to use all these .

2. Working Habits : One must be aware of the working culture like punctuality like how the people are for eg - are they lazy and consume more time or they are very active and puctual accordingly we distribute the work . Another thing their decision making ability wheather they can make decisions on their on or not or how do they react to pressure.

Now According to me Managerial Orientation is very important for the success in international business because being an international manager he must be aware of operations the business is having internationally , the culture in which the business is operting and the socio polotical culture the business is operating in.

Managerial orientation is very important as it helps in negotiation which is a very crucial part of any business and not only that it has its effect on busines's sales , purchases amd profits, not only that the orientation helps in forming better strategies ,making better budget policy , helps in delegating works and overall helps in operating efficiency.

Hence according to my understanding of cross-cultural risk and managerial orientation they would facilitate success in international business.

As a leader they must recognize these values first for themselves and find a way to introduce them to the organization. Furthermore, a leader must figure out how his values will blend into the present culture.
