Maslow hierarchy of needs is based about psychology comprising .It is a motivational theory which is tell us about basic needs which is knowns as physiological needs like food , water,rest etc.Second need is safety needs which is also basic need that talk about security and safety of people .third need is belongingness and love needs like intimate relationship and friends which is psychological needs.fourth need is esteem needs like prestige and feeling of accomplishment this is also psychological need.fifth need is self actualization like achieving one full attention including creative activity this is self -fulfillment need.

When there is self actualization then motivation increases when needs are met as it is growth need while others like esteem ,love belonging,safety and physiological need is deficiency needs hence motivation is decreases when needs are met.

As we know humans are motivated by needs.order of needs is easy to understand and differ for individual and external environment basis.mostly need is boosted the motivation.
