Abraham Maslow believed that development of human happens in stages. Maslow’s  hierarchy of needs expatiates the standing of an individual concealing their own personality in bid to gain self control of their personal life. . Maslow considered that once a human has attained these elementary necessities in life they will incline for more. Maslow believed that an personality of an individual is made by individual thoughts that form the basis of their life relations and experiences. The experiences that a person bears in life aids to change them and gestate their inner personality. Maslow believed in the term known as peak experience. This experience is attained when an individual undergoes a point in life that brings the superlative happiness and the notion of consummation. He believes that these happenings help develop an individual and gestate their full prospective.

Biological Factors Influencing Formation of Personality:-

In respect to personality and biological factors , it is distinctly apparent that inheritable composition has a pettifogging consequences on the shaping of personality; and that too in a complex means and is a deciding component of how a human will evolve into time of life. Therefore, the personality formation relies on biological factors.

Relationships between Maslow’s Theory and Biological Factors :-

There is indeed a relationship between Marslow’s theory of personality and biological factors. To a primary degree, Maslow’s hierarchy of personality associate to biological factors because biological factors such as heredity, physical characteristics, and the brain are a essential during different levels of growth. All activity and act such as enlightenment, safety, the demand for basic needs, and some other are behaviors and actions subsequent from internal and biological replete. Also, physiological needs such as breathing, food, sleep, sex and are important biological needs.

Humanistic theories concentrates on the present rather than looking toward the future or past; therefore, the more important facets of human personality are self-worth and what occurs currently.

Humanistic theories follow notion that every individual does not rely on thought processes but instead on feelings. Humanistic theories deduced from dynamic and byzantine internal causative that do not hold agreement with the biological explanations in respect to human personalities; Whereas, the biological theories concentrates on thought processes instead of a sense of self-worth, and with genetic or biological influences or constructions that ascertains personality; and thus the biological theories have a different point of view that the personality is being under the power of genetics and that is why humanistic and biological theories dissent staggeringly.

Conclusion

Formulation such as humanistic and biological render assumptions in respect to the evolution of personality. Maslow’s hierarchy of needs discusses the degree that formation of personality is under the power of needs of growth . Also, particular biological factors have a consequence on determining the shaping of personality as well.
