What company CEO do you consider to be an authentic leader, and why?
What are the two results of their leadership styles and behaviors?
Warren Buffet is the most authentic leader from Berkshire Hathaway as per my perception.
Why Warren is considered an authentic leader?
Warren shows authentic leadership and real commitments to his work that is both in words and deeds to improve the stakeholder value of his company over time.
Warren is both a leader and a teacher, many struggling businessmen can learn from his failures and the way Warren climbed from ashes to the sky.
Warren is also an independent thinker who challenges the conventionally accepted perceptions of looking at things. By looking at things differently he proved all the doubts and queries raised upon him wrong and void.
A visionary and a true leader who heads Berkshire Hathaway. That has never resorted to the easy way and has made the company respected and profitable.
Warren never worried about failures in his life as he always says failures are mirage and it's just there to stop you from success.
He always supports his subordinates that is the true quality of an authentic leader.
Two results of Warren Buffets leadership styles and behaviors:
Buffet has employed a laissez-faire or free reign approach to managing his company.
* It's a style of leadership that allows employees to carry out tasks without much guidance from leaders that means they are expected to solve their problems on their own.
* the laissez-faire leadership style thrives at Berkshire because each company has its own culture and point to be noted is that this method is not for every company.
