Answer : For a person to become a great leader there are certain qualities that a person has been followed such as :

• Continous development of your leadership skills : It means that to become an efficient leader there is proper improvement in your leadership skills.
• Technical proficient : It means that proper technology development has been taken place .
• Make proper and wise decision
• Seek and take proper action for your work performed.
• Positive attitude : It means that positive environment must be created in order for productive Workforce.
• Make proper interaction with your team and provide adquate information .
• Task should be delegate in systematic and logical manner.
• Task should be understood properly.

In every era, there are good leaders born such as :

• Mahatma Gandhi is the great leader who work for the betterment of the society. They work for the upliftment of the society.As they create different leaders.
• George washington: He is known as founding father of United States of America. He was true visionary person.

Women and minorities are considering different from men because they are considering weaker section of the society. They are giving valueable resources to the society. So the society give them special previlages and facialities.
