  • Seek and take proper action for your work performed.
  • Positive attitude : It means that positive environment must be created in order for productive Workforce.
  • Make proper interaction with your team and provide adquate information .
  • Task should be delegate in systematic and logical manner.

Women and minorities are considering different from men because they are considering weaker section of the society. They are giving valueable resources to the society. So the society give them special previlages and facialities.
