The main focus of any Transformational leader remains mainly on the growth, development and managing changes in the organization. This is a sort of leadership style which helps in developing the organization with the help of a progressive change in the development of the organization and the manpower in an affirmative aspect.

Walt Disney was considered as effective transformational leaders as he played the major role in changing the dynamics and status quo in the media at that time. He appealed the followers with the help of proper presentation of various organizations and personal values in order to attain the higher objectives and goals. He pursued his fantasy and did almost each and everything in order to reverse the reality. The different activities and practices which he pursued show how he converted into an effective and most powerful transformational leader in the organization and the industry. The dream of Disney came to the reality when he was facing the tough time. He was having the reins flier characteristics. nightmare, rhetorical skills, personalized leadership and perception and investment building, are the main prevailing traits of an effective navigator. Disney really extended his charisma. He worked some splendid jobs in the areas such as computer-aided design for children and adults; the main reason behind the exemplary success of Disney lies in the manner by which he used the animal magnetism with effective and most appealing manner. Disney really helped common people to use Computer Aided Design to help the common people to idealize their character and live the life which they always wanted to lead. This really helped the entire society to grow.

A positive change is being introduced by the transformational leaders in the organization, industry in which they work and the society in which they live by giving due space for the followers so that they can also participate in the decision-making activity actively. The main concerns of these leaders are mainly associated with the followers and how they can involve their participation in the decision-making process. The main focal point of their activities remains on to bring the positive change in the organization, industry, and society. With the help of objective change, these leaders try to bring the positive influence and changes in the organization and society.

They give importance to the growth and development of their followers and have an emphatic attitude towards them. This is the reason why they have such a performance that their attempts are merged with the industrial progress and profits to the individual attempts in the market.

Steve Jobs is another example of such type of leader. Jobs had an immense passion for the product excellence and mainly focused on the elegant design and simplicity, and gave a lot of importance to the smallest details particularly to the product manufacturing and its marketing. He had a high target related to hardware and software and motivated the employees to achieve these goals. All these strengths were so profound that they negated the weaknesses. The most effective leaders are ones who also commit mistakes and they are just as averages in leadership competency as one can be. His legendary impatience, relentless quest for perfection, domineering presence and obsessive need to control fostered as much as fear within the Apple culture.

Steve Jobs was an innovator and he came up with the path-breaking models and products which really helped society to become a more comfortable place to love in.
