Ans- I feel the most important behavior in a successful leader is ethics and integrity because when someone does things or acts ethically even in difficult situations people like them a lot and when there is integrity in a leader, it develops trust in people and they follow that leader and work accordingly. Not all have this behavior and when a leader possesses the behavior of ethics and integrity in their actions then they become the most successful leader. A leader is only successful if they can bring the best in people and when they do their work with ethics and integrity the followers learn and do the same.
This behavior of the leader will benefit in his or her future career in the way that when employers see that the person is committed to ethics and integrity they will quickly hire that person in their company as they know that no matter what the circumstances are they will always do what is right. That person will get immense growth opportunities in that organization and will never have to fear about loss of a job as employers do not want to lose employees who have this behavior of ethics and integrity. The other employees will follow him/her and will be more productive and will remain motivated always. That person too can get promotions from time to time in his/her career because of their performance and will set a good example for others and people will love to work for them.
