I admire Elon Musk as a great leader, because-

• He manages a diverse business ranging from automobile to rocket manufacturing
• He manages a diverse and varied cultural background employees
• He runs all businesses very efficiently

Do you have a personal mission statement? Why not?

Yes I have a personal mission statement,

• I want to gain the functional knowledge of the department I will be working in
• I want to head a team of 100 employees in the next 10 years
• I want to gain maximum industry knowledge which will help me in becoming flexible

Do you think that Weber's and Fayol's view of the workforce would be appealing to millennials?

• Fayol believed by dividing the work into specialized and specific jobs, workers are able to work more efficiently, which synchronises with millenial's thinking
• employees are close to the decision-making process
• Centralization workforce is followed in their theory
