 Implement the project management methodology in an organizational environment (refer to the problem statement, the question).

1) The scope of the project must be tested by keeping the vision of at least ten years forward in order to gain maximum profit and feasibility must be checked in terms of the function performed,parts used and service delivery of the project.

2) The documentation of the requirements,test cases,erd(s),final plan,chives to be made,final product,profits/losses,and all other important details which might be required by the organization at later stage in order to keep on gaining profit should be documented in a detailed and efficient manner.

3)Project planning must be done by including people who are good at their respective fields n order to gain proper perspective about the project in the most efficient and productive manner.

4)Testing and piloting- Testing must first be done by the testers of the organization and then beta testing followed by alpha testing of the prosecutor and in this path the continuous rectification of the mistakes must be done.

5)Risk minimization- Minimization of uncalculated risks is important but allowance of calculated risk is also necessary for proper growth of the organization.
