Human resource planning analyses and plans the need and the availability of human resource for the future in an organization. It clearly visions the need of human resource for the working of the entire period and projects. The following are the arenas where human resource is compulsorily needed and they are to be planned in advance.

1. Planning, organising, leading are few of the managerial operations and these cannot be proceeded without human source. So availability of human resource should be allotted for these duties. Only then they will be effective and efficient in their functioning.

2. Hr department is one of the best and most needed department in an organization. They look after all the elements in an organization from recruitment till resignation. The need of every individual is looked after by the HR department.

3. Human resource planning should also include various programs that should be conducted in an organization. It includes session on motivation and various schemes that should be allotted for financial needs.

4. HR planning includes maintaining a smooth relationship between the management and employees within the organization. Externally the company should be cordial with all other stakeholders of the company. All these are possible only with human resource.

5. Productivity increases and improves a lot when everything is planned and organised from the initial level. All these executions need only human resources and planning.
